Applied to first order

The first-order rebate is applied once to a buyer's first consolidated order, regardless of tier placement — a 25-unit Tier I opening or a 250-unit Tier III opening both net the same 15% rebate against the tier-band unit price.

Rebates never stack with onboarding volume commitments or repeated first-order schedules; resupply from the second order forward ships at the standard tier-band price.
